Sleek and modern, this new build was designed to feel sophisticated without ever feeling cold. The home’s clean architectural lines and minimal color palette provided a refined foundation. One of the standout features was the radius wet bar in the living room, where a marble mosaic tile was carefully installed around the curved form, turning a functional element into a sculptural focal point. In the kitchen, a full-height slab backsplash and hidden vent system reinforced the home’s clean, contemporary aesthetic while adding a sense of continuity and simplicity.  While the design was intentionally minimal, each element was carefully selected to create depth and balance within the home. Perhaps one of the most rewarding aspects of the project was the relationship we built with the clients throughout the process, a connection that continued well beyond the completion of the home.
