Etch Design Group collaborated with CKN Homes and Kelley Design Group to craft a remarkable modern, three-story home that offers breathtaking views of downtown Austin. The design is centered around a sleek, marble-clad kitchen, elegantly juxtaposed with a wood-paneled wall featuring a hidden door—an integration of seamless style and functionality. A glass-enclosed office adds an element of modern sophistication, while bold, unique wallpaper enhances the space with a touch of personality. Creative flooring selections in the mudroom and powder bath highlight the thoughtful balance between practicality and artistic expression, making this home a perfect blend of design innovation and everyday comfort.

“I’ve worked with multiple design firms, and Etched Design Group is by far the most transparent and professional team I’ve been involved with. They are incredibly honest and make the entire process easy from start to finish. They truly listen to their clients and adjust quickly to meet the desired goal. As someone who wasn't well versed in the art world, I really appreciated how they explained everything and executed the vision perfectly. We get compliments on their work all the time. I would definitely utilize this team again.”
