This home was designed for no one in particular - but for a home showcase. The plans came to us with little architectural detail or any visual language. We set work infusing the house with warmth and character. We added hand-hewn beams, exaggerated the baseboards, beefed up the casings and played with subtle shifts in color to create depth. The butler’s panty became everyone's favorite room - just goes to show that rarely are the biggest rooms the most lived in. Two-tone cabinetry, marine style fixtures and tons of natural light make this a space in which to linger. The dining room’s applied mouldings set the stage of a mammoth piece by our friend Chelsea Fly. The formality of the furnishings and trim is off-set by a Stilnovo style chandelier and playful green ceiling. I feel most proud of the way this place feels - like someone cool and lovely lives here.

“We had such a great experience working with Christian, Katy, Tomas, and the entire team. From the beginning, the process felt collaborative and easy. Christian created an initial design that both my husband and I loved, and the finished product was beautiful, almost identical to the original renderings. Christian is incredibly talented at what she does. She has amazing taste and an incredible eye for detail, and she brought together elements throughout our home in ways we never could have imagined. Everything coordinates so beautifully, and the result feels both thoughtful and unique. Katy was extremely knowledgeable about the architecture of our home and what could and couldn't be done structurally, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. As with any renovation, we knew there was potential for costs to increase. We had a very helpful conversation with Christian at the beginning about our budget and where our limits were, which made it much easier to make decisions along the way and keep the project on track. Overall, the entire team was professional, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. We absolutely love our home and are so thankful to The Warren.”
