Lloydcrest Drive

The Lloydcrest Drive project brings together a range of architectural and landscape influences to create a cohesive hillside environment rooted in both Mediterranean tradition and contemporary design. The landscape is designed to complement the home’s modern Tuscan character while maximizing views and usability. A series of terraces organizes the rear yard, anchored by a swimming pool and spa with infinity-edge detailing. Adjacent to this primary zone, an outdoor kitchen, bar, and dining terrace establish a central space for entertaining and gathering.S tructural elements such as trellises, gates, railings, and retaining walls define the framework of the landscape while introducing visual rhythm and material contrast. This integration of structure and planting reflects the firm’s site architecture approach. Beneath the main terrace, a gym and wellness space extend the program further, opening directly onto the garden. Planting combines olive trees, succulents, and evergreen perennials to reinforce the Mediterranean palette while softening the built elements. Expansive lawn areas provide additional space for recreation and family use. The design also anticipates future development, preserving structural capacity for a potential ADU and additional site amenities. The result is a landscape that balances present-day functionality with long-term flexibility.
