Etch Design Group was founded in 2015 by Stephanie Lindsey and Jessica Nelson, two best friends who decided life is too short not to create beautiful spaces together. What began as a shared belief has grown into one of Austin's most respected full-service interior design firms, serving discerning residential and commercial clients across Texas and nationwide. From the very beginning, Stephanie and Jessica built Etch on three guiding principles: put people first, find joy in the process, and always do the right thing, even when it is hard. These values are not just words on paper. They shape every conversation we have, every decision we make, and every space we design.

How We Work

Designing a space should feel exciting, not overwhelming, so we follow a streamlined, collaborative process.  We begin by discovering your goals, lifestyle, and vision.  From there we present floor plans and early concepts, then curate the material palettes, finishes, and furnishings that bring the design to life.  We finalize construction drawings and manage procurement, then stay closely involved through construction, installation, and styling, overseeing the details so you do not have to.
