Situated within the semi-arid landscape, MU25 engages in an architectural dialogue with the steep, rolling canyons of Los Angeles. Spanning nearly 2,700 square feet, the residence embodies the city’s tradition of secluded homes hidden in plain sight. To cultivate privacy and harmony, the structure is set back from the road, accessed via a winding driveway that ascends and curves, gradually unveiling a timeless example of modern architecture. Private bedrooms are oriented away from the street, while the master suite is strategically positioned beneath a slanted opening. In contrast, the common areas frame sweeping views of Los Angeles. Jagged corner walls fragment the interior into distinct modules, effectively expanding and enriching the living experience.
