The open and flowing space of this 4,000 square foot renovation creates a warm, flexible home for a family with three children. The living area takes full advantage of a quintessential Manhattan roofline view. The details are taut and tailored in contrast to the fluid floor plan. The materials are spare, neutral and modern to match the client’s attitude and aesthetics.
