The Fernwood farmhouse renovation + addition is located in the Catskill mountains of New York state. The existing 1940’s farmhouse footprint does not have adequate space for the clients. With an eye towards entertaining, more adequate space is needed and a new addition will shift the center of gravity to take advantage of the panoramic treeline surrounding the home.
