This seven-story townhouse project on Manhattan’s Upper East Side comprises six bedrooms; living, dining, and kitchen areas; a gym, an indoor swimming pool, backyard and roof top terrace. Existing oak paneling set the stage for a selection of modern furniture placed throughout the home. Sheer draperies and tone on tone materials bring calm and serenity to the interiors while allowing the client’s art collection-including works by Andy Warhol and Thomas Struth-to take center stage.
