A Venice creative sought a clean, modern, and bright space, resulting in a design that embraces light and effortless California living. The three-story shotgun-style home is bathed in natural light, creating an ideal environment for lush greenery and an airy ambiance. A custom blackened steel glazing wall was constructed to replace the open loft, introducing a striking architectural element while transforming the two-story space to accommodate an additional bedroom.

Several gallery walls of personal photography works of musical artists from across the globe are framed out in vignettes throughout the home. With a custom inlayed pool table, and surround sound, truly make this home an artist’s haven.
