SUNSET COVE

This Venice rooftop was reimagined as a versatile space for both vibrant social gatherings and peaceful relaxation. Designed with California living in mind, the layout features ample seating for large groups, a built-in TV for cozy nights by the hot tub, and a fully-equipped kitchen for seamless entertaining. Expansive lawn areas invite friendly competition with lawn games, while the open design ensures every corner offers a perfect view of the vivid sunsets over the city. A true oasis that blends fun and tranquility, this rooftop is the ultimate spot for enjoying Venice’s iconic coastal lifestyle. This project was a full service design package.
