This aptly named oceanfront home in charming Charlestown, Rhode Island blends classic New England architecture with a clean, modern aesthetic. Designed for comfort and durability, its simple lines and beachy style highlight form and function—while the breathtaking ocean view steals the show. This oceanfront second home in Charlestown, Rhode Island was conceived as a comfortable, casual beach house with an elevated but relaxed aesthetic. We shaped the interiors through furniture, lighting, built-in details and finishes, blending the traditional character of Rhode Island with a modern sensibility. The result is a home that is easy to live in, built to withstand sand, salt and summer crowds, and quietly refined, with the view always taking center stage.

“We are just finishing up our second project with Allison and her team and we continue to be thrilled with the end results. Their thoughtfulness, when it comes to how spaces will function and feel when being used, is a huge value add. The entire interior design matched our taste and family while meeting the budget we desired. Their attention to detail and ability to see the whole picture made a typically overwhelming process feel manageable and enjoyable. We would work with Allison a third time if we had the opportunity!”
