This new home located in a mid-century neighborhood was designed to fit quietly into its context. The home features a graphic single sloping room punctuated by a screened porch and roof deck nestled into a grove of live-oak trees. Interior architecture features graduating volumes beneath the slope of the roof. Finishes are simple and minimalist.
