This home is a major renovation of an existing 3-story residence in the Venice Canals.
The middle level extends from a ‘dine-in’ kitchen facing the alley, through the central staircase, to the living-dining room and patio facing the Venice Canals. Two bedrooms are located on the ground level; an extensive master suite with roof terrace above is located on the upper level.
The house features custom bleached Walnut floors, Calcatta Marble in the kitchen and master suite, Cedar ceilings, a new skylight over the winding central staircase, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and custom designed cabinets and mirrors throughout. A new spiral staircase connects the outdoor patio with the garden level and canal.
