The owner had been looking for just the right property in Boulder to renovate and flip. As soon as he saw the 1954, 2,000 sq.ft. home in North central Boulder, he knew he had found it. The existing house held little appeal, but the property boasted a large site in a desirable and up and coming neighborhood. The existing home was stripped to its foundation and rebuilt as a timeless contemporary Colorado home with more than double the original square footage, a state of the art kitchen, and expansive indoor/outdoor circulation that is the focal point of the light and airy great room.
