The Winchester

The Winchester is a Red Rock Country Club home that underwent a complete, head-to-toe renovation with incredible attention to detail. We swapped the living and dining spaces, extended the kitchen to include a custom breakfast nook, and transformed a formal playroom into a speakeasy-style bar. The statement entryway truly sets the tone for the rest of the project. Perhaps the boldest moment in this renovation was the conversion of a formal playroom into a moody, speakeasy-style bar. Rich textures, dramatic lighting, and tailored finishes turn this tucked-away space into an unforgettable experience: equal parts unexpected and unforgettable. And then there's the entryway, a true statement moment that sets the tone from the second you step inside. With grand sightlines, curated materials, and an inviting ambiance, it gives just a hint of the thoughtful transformation waiting throughout the rest of the home. Rethinking The Winchester’s Floor Plan What makes The Winchester, in Summerlin Las Vegas stand out is the willingness to fundamentally change how the home works, not just how it looks. Kingdom & Co. swapped the living and dining spaces to give the home a better sense of flow and proportion, then extended the kitchen footprint to create room for a custom breakfast nook that has become one of the most-used spaces in the house. These are not cosmetic updates — they are the kinds of structural, design-driven decisions that define a true floor plan remodel in Las Vegas. Most homeowners do not realize how much a reconfigured layout can change the way a home feels until they see it done. Kingdom & Co. handled The Winchester as a design-build home remodel in Summerlin, managing every phase from the floor plan reconfiguration through the final finish details so nothing fell through the cracks. The Winchester is Equal Parts Unexpected and Unforgettable The speakeasy bar is the boldest moment in this home renovation in Red Rock Country Club. Converting a formal playroom into a moody, immersive entertaining space required rethinking the room’s purpose entirely — rich textures, dramatic lighting, and tailored finishes turn a tucked-away room into an experience. A custom home bar in Las Vegas is becoming one of the most requested features Kingdom & Co. builds, and The Winchester’s speakeasy version shows how far you can take the concept when there are no half-measures. The entryway sets the tone from the second you walk in, with grand sightlines and curated materials that give just a hint of the thoughtful transformation waiting throughout the rest of the home. Every room in this full home remodel in Red Rock Country Club tells a story, and that consistency from space to space is what separates a head-to-toe home renovation in Summerlin from a series of disconnected upgrades.
