Under the design guide of Studio Collective, as directed by SWIRE Hotels and the original owners of ‘La Huella,’ QUINTO looks to reinvent itself as a new urban patio restaurant for Downtown Miami at the EAST Hotel. Floating high above the city streets, this new location is far from its original roots - nestled amongst the dune grass on a sandy, rock-strewn peninsula jutting into the Atlantic Ocean in Jose-Ignacio, Uruguay - yet it looks to build upon its soulful roots, thru the continued use of local purveyors and practices, and the application of regional, honest materials. Like its big brother, this more urban destination will continue to convey its effortless charm, presented with incredible consistency and further celebrate the beauty of life over meals with friends, family and a night under the stars. Combining the laid-back beachside charm and mythical romanticism of the original ‘La Huella,’ with the casual style of a relaxed South American rooftop patio, QUINTO looks to become a welcomed addition to burgeoning Downtown Miami. This new home for social gathering will provide a much needed respite for its family; one where guests and locals alike can experience sweeping city views and lushly planted gardens, all complimented by the cities best grilled dishes and freshly shaken caipirinhas.
