Palm is a cinematic study in contrast, where modern glamour meets intimate retreat. Perched in Beverly Hills, the 12,000-square-foot residence was conceived to fluidly balance the demands of public life with the serenity of a private sanctuary. The design reimagines inherited architecture into a layered narrative of rhythm, refuge, and refinement. Across three levels, the interiors unfold as a sequence of experiences. The main floor celebrates connection, anchored by a light-filled living room designed for effortless entertaining. A stone fireplace, sculptural seating, and curated artworks establish a harmonious interplay of softness and structure. The dining spaces extend this material-driven narrative, shifting between intimate and formal atmospheres, framed by custom furnishings and dramatic, artful lighting. Descending to the lower level, the tone transitions to a moody, cinematic lounge clad in backlit onyx and rich textures. Here, asymmetry and deep hues create a space for film screenings and late-night gatherings, punctuated by low, sculptural tables and iconic pop art. This immersive environment contrasts the structured openness above, embodying the home’s theme of dynamic duality. The upper level whispers retreat. Spa-like bedrooms and serene material palettes evoke quiet luxury, with upholstered wall panels, tactile stone, and tonal artworks reinforcing a sense of restoration. Palm’s design is a living expression of balance, light and shadow, structure and fluidity, grandeur and intimacy. Through its integration of architecture, interiors, custom furnishings, and curated art, the project transforms the residence into an immersive sanctuary, elevating modern Beverly Hills living into an experience that is both glamorous and grounded.
