Old City Modern

In a 1970s condo in Society Hill, Philadelphia, we transformed the kitchen space to seamlessly blend the building's original character with European modern design, inspired by our clients' part-time home in Barcelona. Thoughtfully working around their existing modern furnishings, we introduced sleek cherry cabinetry with integrated handles, modern Calacatta marble reeded tiles, and slim countertops to create a refined, functional kitchen. A custom in-cabinet drying rack brought one of their favorite European details to life, combining style and practicality while infusing the space with personal touches. Brass accents with subtle nods to Italian and Spanish modernism added warmth and continuity, showcasing our expertise in creating cohesive, elevated spaces that reflect both the architecture and the clients' lifestyle.
