Tucked along the edge of a preserved oak grove in Lacey, Washington, Oak Tree Village redefines community living for residents aged 55 and older. The neighborhood’s collection of amenities supports wellness, recreation, and connection, blending the warmth of home with the vibrancy of shared life. Rooted in nature and guided by resident input, Oak Tree Village invites gathering, activity, and belonging at every scale.
Resident workshops shaped every aspect of Oak Tree Village. The ideas generated from these workshops inspired flexible spaces that accommodate daily routines, special events, and spontaneous moments of connection.
The game room features a pool table, shuffleboard, poker table, and a double-sided fireplace that opens onto an outdoor terrace. Comfortable seating invites residents to relax and linger.
Spaces feel open yet intimate, lively yet calm, and designed for gatherings that form naturally. Whether sharing morning coffee or hosting families, residents find comfort and connection in every corner.
Outdoor amenities include a yoga deck, pickleball and bocce courts, and a dog run. Indoors, residents enjoy a year-round pool, hot tub, sauna, cardio room, and locker rooms.
