Larc

Larc is a luxurious mansion set on a 495 sqm block within the prestigous area of Hamilton Hill, Australia. We were pleased to have Joe Adsett specify our Click-on Battens across the facade of the home, in a beautiful chocolate oak Wood Finish. Complete with six-bedrooms, six-bathrooms, five car spaces, a gym and expansive wine cellar, the stunning home has been designed by renowned architect, Joe Adsett and built by GRAYA™, who design and develop luxury residences in the most coveted locales. Multi-Million Dollar Masterpiece GRAYA’s goal is to create exceptional projects that set new benchmarks for luxury living. They have a demonstrated history of taking the premium residential sector to new heights by delivering game-changing projects underpinned by visionary design and construction excellence. Larc is no different, having sold for $8 million completely off the plan before construction had commenced. With exceptional views from all aspects within the home, premium products specified throughout and constructed with the best-in-class craftmanship, the home is truly impressive. Angled to optimise the triangulation of the site, Larc looks out over the Brisbane River from its spot nestled within the hills. Combining a depth and warmth through the materiality, wood is used both externally and internally along with travertine throughout, to anchor the home in place. Realistic Wood Finish Facades Click-on Battens are available in the beauty of natural timber and also aluminum, meaning the look of real wood can be achieved with the hassle of maintenance and fire compliance no longer an issue within the design and construction scenario. Wood Finish aluminum is our answer to achieving a beautiful wood look, that’s not real wood. Wood Look Facade with Indistinguishable Natural Detail Specified in a distinguised Chocolate Oak Wood Finish, the finish is photo-realistic and created from thousands of photographs of actual timber. The result is the flawless look of natural timber, it’s nearly impossible to distinguish from the real thing with the naked eye. A high-end facade option to match the most advanced building design endeavours. The landscaping surrounding the house constrasts with the rich chocolatey hues of the Click-on Battens, and the wrapped winding form of the battened facade flows around the home; matching with the curved aesthetic throughout the home also seen on the plastered staircase and stone kitchen benches.
