This house was designed to fit an awkward shaped steep site with majestic south facing views. The house provides a private living terrace to the north and an enclosed deck to the south for views of Wakatipu.

Built to an ‘Evolution’ standards which included an air tightness system, above code insulation and sustainable materials.
