To use a word spoken last night by one of the ACC members in describing the building, you guys are awesome and you have done an awesome job. My wife and I are thrilled and we thank you again for the wonderful work.

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for the last few years of working together.  Whether from a design or construction perspective, you’ve always impressed me with your knowledge, creativity, drive, thoughtfull designs, and passion for what you do.  You’ve shown me how architects should communicate with clients and subtrades.  In fact, I use your example as a benchmark for judging any architect I meet, and most don’t measure up.  I’ve seen you talk with subtrades about resolving potential problems, dealing with them in the preliminary stages and on site, as well as over the phone while trying to make changes work with the overall concept of the building.  Finally, and maybe most importantly, I wanted to aknowledge how well you work with clients, listen to their needs, and provide them with what they’re looking for.  Too many professionals in your position seem to have their own design agendas and tend to ignore the Owners’ core requests; you actually take their concepts and help them visualize their desire, it’s all been very impressive to witness.

Thank You. It has been an absolute pleasure for the past 3+ years!!  I knew when we met that I wanted you to build my home.  I have a deep respect for your talent, creativity + overall work ethic.  I admire that you always strive for excellence and I am very grateful for your kind way of being in the world.  It matters.  A lot.  Thank You.

I want to take this moment to thank you for your attention to detail, and let you know how happy I am that, no matter what I throw at you, no matter how crazy an idea it may be, you take it on with enthusiasm, and figure it out. It is really refreshing, and has made this entire job so enjoyable.
