A small but distinctive corner beach side site, this compact house is cleverly designed to meet the needs of modern living. The main living on the ground floor opens up to several courtyards and gives the illusion of a much larger space as well as a strong connection to the beautifully landscaped garden. A covered outdoor room complete with a fireplace provides a comfortable secondary living area and a cantilevered window seat gives the illusion of sitting outside in garden.
