This sun-drenched beach house capitalizes on the water views with a new roof deck, floor-to-ceiling windows and a generous balcony off the living room. Overlooking the Great South Bay, Rise focused on clean lines, natural materials and a muted color palette to add an air to sophistication to this summertime retreat.
