In 2020 Matt and Lucy approached us to discuss the project of extending their 1920s home. We discussed what our role would be in the project and recommended they meet with a draughtsman or architect to design the extension plans.

Once these were finalised, it was our job to construct the 60 sqm extension and reconfigure the existing interior to allow for an additional bedroom and bathroom.

It was important to our clients that the alterations tied in with the existing character of their home, while also modernising it for their young family – they couldn’t have been happier with the end result.
