At Lulu Designs, we were honoured to collaborate on the Kopel project, transforming a kitchen into a harmonious blend of modern luxury and coastal calm. The client, a passionate entertainer, aimed for a highly functional space that would seamlessly accommodate their family of six, while also serving as an inspiring hub for culinary creativity. Our goal was to reconfigure the existing layout to optimise flow, resulting in a stunning contemporary kitchen that effortlessly balances form and function.  The design draws inspiration from the relaxed sophistication of Huntington Beach’s coastal vibe, featuring clean lines, natural materials, and a bright, airy palette. We crafted a space that celebrates warmth and texture through light oak cabinetry and richly veined marble surfaces. The generous island, framed with architectural precision, invites gathering and socialising, complemented by artisanal woven leather stools and sculptural pendant lighting. Noteworthy features include a striking copper range hood with a natural patina, a dedicated coffee bar with a dramatic marble backdrop, and seamless, handleless appliances that maintain a sleek aesthetic. The Kopel kitchen stands as a true testament to thoughtful design—perfectly suited for both everyday living and memorable entertaining experiences.
