In collaboration with Sonja Hawkins Design, Rufus Knight worked with owners Josh & Helen Emmett to create a dining space marked by intimacy and sophistication.
Referencing the traditional elegance of the building's history as the 'Grand Hotel' of Auckland, taking timeless materiality, and employing contemporary habitation, their generous use of rich tones set the scene for one of Aucklands most notable dining experiences.
