REVITALISING A GRAND GEORGIAN ESTATE IN SYDNEY’S UPPER NORTH SHORE.

Working with Alexander & Co. to bring modern amenities and period charm to an epic restoration in a dress circle neighbourhood. The project involved the sensitive renovation of a Georgian style two-storey house – transforming the heritage estate into a luxury 6 bedroom, 4 bath family home.

The scope included the addition of a formal lounge, dining and wine room, the complete renovation of the existing kitchen with the free flow into a new open plan living area, the addition of a luxury master wing including an Arabescato marble ensuite, palatial walk-in wardrobe with custom joinery by Jonathan West, and landscaping throughout with a resort-style pool as centrepiece.
