The Jeffery Construction team was appointed to undertake a complete renovation and rebuild of this 1930’s double skin brick villa, with the help of Paul Rosnell from VRLA Architects. In this challenging project, old was matched with new and tight spaces were cleverly used. An abundance of natural light was incorporated into once tired and dark bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, giving an old house new life.
