This new home on Mt Pleasant has been designed to replace a severely earthquake damaged existing mid century modernist classic. We have taken care to respect the original features of the building and re-interpret them in a modern fashion with contemporary materials and space requirements.

The floorplan bends on it's western face to allow mountain + city views from every bedroom and living space. The living space is accessed via a large pivot door that will be fabricated from salvaged Rimu T&G ceiling panels in the existing structure.
