In association with our long-term partners at David Reid Homes North Shore, DuracoreLifestyle (Akaroa) was selected for this 4-level family home tucked away with views for miles.

With a young and rapidly growing family, DuracoreLifestyle was selected for it's real timber look and high performance nature. Laid across all 4 levels including bedrooms, study, living rooms, play areas & the wet rooms adjacent to the pool, it has managed to tick a multitude of boxes for everyday living without being at all precious.

Four levels means lots of stairs so matching stair noses and a pre-attached 100% cork backing on the floor planks offers premium design and a quieter and softer foot fall.

A year on the floor is performing just as it should allowing this family to get on with life worry free, as it should be.
