Dr. Dre Residence

Set on a private hillside in Los Angeles, this château-inspired residence blends the character of a French countryside estate with a refined, contemporary sensibility. Limestone façades, slate rooflines, and arched openings establish a timeless architectural framework, while interiors are reimagined with a restrained palette, curated materials, and modern detailing. An expansive subterranean level introduces wellness and entertainment spaces, including a recording studio, allowing the home to evolve beyond its original footprint while preserving its exterior presence. The result is a layered composition that feels both established and tailored to a contemporary way of living.
