Collingwood Residence

Set high above the Sunset Strip, this contemporary residence is conceived as a series of sweeping arcs that frame expansive views from Santa Monica to downtown Los Angeles. A glass stair tower anchors the entry, where curved stucco and Italian basalt walls, along with a backlit bronze screen, establish a dramatic threshold overlooking the double-height living spaces below. Open-plan interiors flow seamlessly to outdoor terraces, where the pool geometry reinforces the home’s curvilinear language and centers the entertainment experience. Organized for both large gatherings and intimate moments, the residence integrates panoramic upper-level suites and lower-level leisure spaces into a cohesive composition.
