The facade showcases a unique cladding profile, integrating Flute 120mm x 23mm and 75mm x 23mm profiles with 400mm and 450mm radius corner details. These precise angles, meticulously designed by our pre-construction team, ensure a seamless, flowing aesthetic. This custom aluminium cladding solution enhances both the visual appeal and structural integrity of the building, making it a landmark in coastal design.

Given the salt-laden coastal air of Burleigh Heads, durability was a key consideration. The Duralloy White Satin powdercoat offers superior corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity without compromising on style.
