This 1980s two-level unit got a stunning modern makeover—all within its original footprint! We reimagined the internal layout for better flow, reshaped the upper roof to a gable for a fresh contemporary look, and opened up breathtaking views of Rangitoto.

The home was fully reclad in bagged brick, cedar, and aluminum, paired with new windows, a sleek kitchen, and a refreshed bathroom. Our client’s love for bold color shines through—the vibrant orange front door and kitchen add personality, while rich green feature tiles bring depth to the bathroom.

A striking entry stair, framed by a large Profilit glass window, floods the interior with natural light while maintaining privacy. Outside, a newly landscaped entertaining area creates the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.
