Tucked into a pre-war co-op in Manhattan’s Financial District, this penthouse blends urban polish with a serene, grounded spirit. Originally a DIY vision, it evolved into a full-service collaboration where thoughtful restraint and layered design took center stage. Soft taupe floors, earthy textures, and sculptural lighting breathe warmth into the architecture, while walnut cabinetry and tactile textiles bring cohesion and calm. Each space was refined, not rebuilt—proof that transformation doesn’t always require demolition. The result is a Manhattan retreat that feels as soulful as it is sophisticated.
