ArchiPro Project Summary - A thoughtfully designed residence in Martinborough, featuring two distinct blocks for living and sleeping, maximizing sun exposure and privacy on a sloping site, completed in 2015.

Due to the slightly sloping section, one of the goals of this project was to build the residence in the highest part of the site. In this way, it could enhance the visual, being more exposed to the sun and to provide more privacy.

Designed two blocks, the main block is an open plan sector where are the formal living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. This block is faced to North.

The second is the “bedrooms block”, located in the South-West area of the home, with master bedroom, ensuite and two double bedrooms. This sector of the house is not only protected from high winds but also has more privacy and sun. Furthermore, the studio, laundry and a double garage are in this block as well.

These two blocks are joined by the outdoor living and future swimming pool.
