Our Avalon project was a complete exterior upgrade to increase the value of the home for sale. The project consisted of recladding and a complete deck upgrade. The home was in a tricky position on a headland and required an inclinator installation to transport all materials onto the site. This client had been seeking a builder for some time and wasn’t successful until meeting LPC Projects as many builders did not want to face the challenge that comes with the unique position of the home.
