In late 2019 Holmes Construction Group successfully completed the build of a new regional warehouse and two level office block for Alsco NZ based in Porirua, Wellington. This project was completed by the hardworking Wairarapa team alongside excellent clients and the highly skilled Jeremy Goodson Architects. All parties allowed this job to be completed efficiently with a top quality finish.

This large-scale development included key tasks such as fencing, gates, dock ways, sealed yards and drainage and was made from Holmes’ Coresteel; cold form steel. The completed build will become a functional hub for the clients and their team and the visually appealing choices will allow for a sense of timelessness for whatever its uses throughout the future.
