This job was a full structural/seismic re-strengthen of an existing building. The building in this case was only 5 years old with a floor area of about 1700m2.

As Main Contractor on this project we worked closely with the client and with Masterton District Council to deliver this project within their timeframes and to their requirements.

The project saw our team strip the inside of the building bare and install new concrete foundations, new structural steel and new cross braces throughout. Waiata House was fully restored back to how it was when we started using all the original equipment and materials where possible.
