Set along one of the most exclusive stretches of Golden Beach, this oceanfront residence is conceived as a refined retreat where architecture, landscape, and horizon converge. Defined by a layered spatial sequence and elevated coastal luxury, the home balances openness and privacy while responding precisely to its beachfront setting.

255 Ocean is envisioned as a contemporary beachfront pavilion, composed through a series of carefully orchestrated thresholds that heighten the experience of arrival and reveal the home gradually. The approach is marked by a sculptural rolling metal gate, softened by a continuous planted element that introduces greenery as an architectural gesture. Above, two guest suites are elevated and linked to the main residence by an exterior bridge, establishing an early dialogue between structure, landscape, and circulation.

Internally, the residence is organized vertically to reflect programmatic clarity and lifestyle rhythms. The main living level is dedicated entirely to communal life, unfolding as a sequence of generous, light-filled spaces designed for entertaining and gathering. Living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly toward the ocean, framed by expansive glazing that dissolves the boundary between inside and out and draws the shifting light and horizon deep into the interior.

Private family quarters occupy the upper level, where spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are oriented to capture uninterrupted ocean views while maintaining a sense of retreat and calm. Above, a rooftop terrace crowns the home—an elevated sanctuary complete with spa, offering panoramic vistas of sea and sky and a place for quiet reflection or evening gatherings under the open air.

At ground level, the architecture opens directly to the beach, anchoring the home within its coastal context. A generous outdoor living area wraps around a flush-edge pool, while a fully equipped cabana with outdoor kitchen and dining spaces extends the home’s hospitality outdoors. Together, these elements create a residence that is at once luxurious, immersive, and deeply attuned to life at the ocean’s edge
