Whelan Building Ltd is a trusted Waiheke-based building company with more than 20 years of experience delivering architectural homes, renovations and residential projects across the island. Led by Director Geoff Whelan, who has more than 35 years of industry experience, Whelan Building has worked alongside many of New Zealand’s leading architects, designers and consultants to deliver a wide range of projects, from bespoke new builds to thoughtful renovations and additions.

Known for their quality craftsmanship, local knowledge and hands-on approach, the team works across projects of all sizes while maintaining a strong focus on communication, detail and long-lasting results. Today, Whelan Building employs more than 20 skilled tradespeople on Waiheke Island, including Registered Master Builders, Licensed Building Practitioners and qualified builders.
