We start with a conversation about your goals, then visit in person to measure, scan, and understand what's possible. Once scope is aligned, we finalize the agreement and set the roadmap.

“We had such a great experience working with Christian, Katy, Tomas, and the entire team. From the beginning, the process felt collaborative and easy. Christian created an initial design that both my husband and I loved, and the finished product was beautiful, almost identical to the original renderings. Christian is incredibly talented at what she does. She has amazing taste and an incredible eye for detail, and she brought together elements throughout our home in ways we never could have imagined. Everything coordinates so beautifully, and the result feels both thoughtful and unique. Katy was extremely knowledgeable about the architecture of our home and what could and couldn't be done structurally, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. As with any renovation, we knew there was potential for costs to increase. We had a very helpful conversation with Christian at the beginning about our budget and where our limits were, which made it much easier to make decisions along the way and keep the project on track. Overall, the entire team was professional, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. We absolutely love our home and are so thankful to The Warren.”
