Would highly recommend! Ordered some accessories online for my Solo Stove and selected the pick up option as they aren't too far from where I work (thereby saving on the freight cost). Got a call the next morning saying that they were going to be in the South Auckland area the same day and could drop my order off to my home at no extra cost! Of course it can't be expected that they will do this with every order, but just know that these guys will absolutely go above and beyond to look after you if they possibly can. Great range of fireplaces to choose from. We are very happy with our gas fireplace. Wish we had done it earlier. Incredibly convenient and a very affordable way to heat your home. The Fireplace heats up quickly and has superb ambiance. Being able to control the heat levels means you can always feel comfortable. The staff at The Fireplace were excellent in every aspect of our purchase. Outstanding customer service from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend them.

Excellent fireplace for our home. Updated old brickwork to tiles and installed a 2kW Fireplace in the same hole. Technical assistance was freely given making installation easy. Would highly recommend "The Fireplace" to everyone looking to update or build new. Just working on the rest of the room including carpet.
