More than just a building company, Russell Clark and of Licensed Renovations specialise exclusively in domestic renovations and provide you with unrivalled experience and expertise. Russell has been a builder since he was 15. Now with over 30 years’ industry experience under his belt, Russell knows what his clients want. Better pricing, believable timelines, high standards and a great finish. So, what drove Russell to start Licensed Renovations? Russell wanted a business that was better than the stories you hear about other people’s building experiences. You know the stories, they usually start like this… ‘Our builder was great BUT , we had overruns, it cost more than we were expecting, the finish wasn’t up to standard…etc.’ Not wanting to be in the BUT category any longer Russell saw an opportunity to build a business based on experience, transparency and great communication – using the best builders and sub-contractors in town. Having the expertise to know how much your build will cost and how long it will take only comes with using renovation specialists. As members of Master Builders Association of New Zealand you can rely on Licensed Renovations to use their knowledge and expertise to build you the home you have always dreamed about. With many years of experience behind us, you can be confident your renovation is in good hands.
