Since our formation in early 2007, Landmark Homes Gisborne (Bain Construction) has been at the forefront of building and construction, offering a true benchmark for outstanding workmanship in residential and rural settings. Landmark Homes Gisborne's full-time team of qualified professional tradesmen, each offering a no-compromise approach to their work, covers a huge array of knowledge and skills. Our efforts have won both local and national recognition including a Gold Home Award in 2013, along with a category win at the Registered Master Builders’ Association House of the Year award ceremony. Also in 2013, the C Company commissioned us to build the Memorial House Museum: a highly visible Gisborne landmark, and a project we are very proud of, having managed it through from initial planning to completion. Over the years we have been involved in an unusually wide range of construction and building projects that showcase our second-to-none workmanship and professionalism. For an opportunity to sample the quality of our work, you are welcome to contact us and arrange a guided tour of some of our completed projects; alternatively, please feel free to visit the C Company Memorial House and check out the craftsmanship on this first-class community project.
