At KiwiBuilt, we are passionate about executing Wellington's most structurally demanding and architecturally ambitious homes. Founded by Corey Brown, our team brings a rare advantage to the residential market: a deep background in heavy civil engineering. Having spent years as a Head Foreman running complex infrastructure projects—including the $1.7M Rangoon Street concrete-and-steel bridge over the active railway corridor , the Airlie Road bridge replacement , and the complex seismic strengthening of Shed 6 on the Wellington Waterfront —Corey ensures that even the most challenging designs are executed with absolute precision. We specialize in bridging the gap between complex engineering and award-winning finishing. Whether we are navigating steep hillside foundations, integrating heavy structural steel, or meticulously reproducing the heritage details of a classic Wellington villa, we approach every build with uncompromising discipline. This unique standard of execution is why KiwiBuilt was awarded the 2025 Supreme Regional Craftsmanship Award , with the Master Builders judges praising our work for its "discipline, clarity, and pride." ---
