From new builds, alterations/extensions and light commercial fit outs we aim to bring the same attention to detail with all jobs big or small knowing that all work completed exceeds all practical and detailing processes.

James and Lauren are hugely excited to be bringing a personal and professional building company built on providing a service to our clients that is like no other making them feel that their input and decisions are just as important the finished product. We feel that our clients deserve a building experience that is seamless and rewarding from the day we start the project to the day we leave their home.

James has been in the industry for over ten years and has a huge passion for working with people and has an eye for high quality detail. He started off as a young apprentice completing homes for a local contract builder working towards gaining his qualification three and a half years later. Moving forward James took the opportunity after gaining this qualification to move into completing privately designed homes and award winning renovations and extensions. He felt that gaining this experience only drove him more to start and build a company that reflected this in the Manawatu and Lower North Island and has successfully worked towards becoming a Registered Master Builder and Licensed Building Practitioner.

Lauren works full time as a fully qualified and registered early childhood teacher at a popular daycare in Palmerston North currently working with under twos. This is an area she has become very passionate about and really has a heart for children and their families. Outside of this Lauren is helping James behind the scenes with accounts and administration.
