Fijn Design Limited is a Wellington interior design practice founded by Anita Fijn in 2008. She creates beautiful commercial and residential interiors that are highly considered and woven through with warmth and originality. With over twenty years industry experience, spanning bespoke furniture and custom-made joinery to full fit-out award-winning cinemas and entire spatial redesigns, her established relationships with architects, trades and craftspeople allow her to deliver complex and exquisitely crafted pieces and interiors. It brings her absolute joy to uncover the full potential of a space and, in turn, see the joy that brings her clients. Whether starting from the initial concept drawings, architectural plans or an already existing structure, she transforms spaces into interiors that are elegant, intentional and functional. Each design is site-specific, just as each client relationship starts with the individual - understanding the details of how you move through your day and use your space - resulting in interiors that are authentic and tailored to your particular aesthetic tastes and practical needs. With a focus on natural materials, high quality fittings and craftsmanship, her designs bring a little magic to your everyday experiences.
